Welcome to my page!
I’m Gaynor.
Passionate about helping couples and individuals to achieve mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing.
Aiming to treat the 'whole person', I provide a completely therapeutic and holistic experience, with an analysis of your case history including diet and life style.
Based in Cheshire where I have my own established practice, and offer online (Zoom) services to clients nationally & internationally.
I have extensive experience working with couples on their fertility journey, in both natural and assisted fertility, such as Clomid, IVF, ICSI, IUI and donor egg and sperm.
I am particularly passionate about supporting women who have unexplained infertility and have experienced recurring pregnancy loss, wanting to optimise their fertility to improve their chances of a positive outcome.
Get your mind and body ready for pregnancy with an online consultation, which will help me to establish where you are on your fertility journey, and how I can help you further to improve your chances of carrying a healthy baby to term.
The optimum time to prepare for pregnancy is ideally at least 90 days, as it takes 90 days for men to develop healthy new sperm, and women to develop healthy new follicles. Making some life style changes is not only going to improve your overall health to optimise your chances of conceiving, but it can also help to reduce your chances of miscarriage, help to support and improve your chances of a positive outcome when undergoing your fertility treatment, and crucially for the long term health of your developing baby.
Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or preparing for your fertility treatment, IVF, ICSI, IUI or using Clomid, I’ll help you and your partner to get in the best place possible to improve your chances of a positive outcome, by implementing some very achievable lifestyle changes.

The best way to describe reflexology is it helps to get things moving.
💜Helps to release emotional blockages to
restore equilibrium.
💜Promotes blood flow by improving circulation,
and encourages the movement of stagnant lymph.
💜It’s super relaxing, so helps to reduce cortisol
levels so you feel calmer and less stressed.
💜Encourages your body into a state of
‘growth and repair’, rather than a state of
“defence’, more conducive for conception.
I have extensive experience working with couples in preparation for pregnancy, and offer a completely bespoke treatment plan, looking at all aspects of your health including nutrition, your emotional and physical wellbeing, to encourage a state of homeostasis within your body.
Get out in nature.
The cleaner the air the more ‘negative ions’ present, these are the good guys, we want more of these and less of the positive ions found in more polluted air. They are teeny tiny charged atoms that create a biochemical reaction when we breathe them in, helping to boost our serotonin levels.
They tend to be more abundant around natural flowing water, so a walk barefoot through the surf of the sea would be ideal, getting close to a waterfall, going for a walk after a storm.

Reflexology is such a relaxing, healing treatment, different areas on the feet relate to different parts on your body, if your feet are in harmony so will everything else💜
“Reflexology will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated, helping to aid healing by restoring balance to your mind and body.”
This is juiced lemon (including the skin) with a bit of apple 🍋.
Once metabolised in the body lemon is very alkalising, and the more alkaline your body is the healthier it is😃. It also helps with the detoxification process by supporting your lovely liver and kidneys, and is a great source of vitamin C.
Start your day on waking with a glass of ‘just’ filtered water at room temp (a pint if you can manage it), 30 mins before breakfast, then you can start to introduce freshly squeezed lemon juice to your subsequent glasses of water. Ideally try to have a glass of water (or lemon water) 30 mins before each meal, either at room temp or if you prefer bringing up to just before boiling point and let it cool a little. Trying to slowly buildup to drinking 2 litres of water a day (that’s approx 4 pints or 8 glasses)💧🍋.
This is such a calming and grounding yoga pose, great to use in times of stress or anxiety, and can help with reducing swelling in the legs (oedema). Lie flat on your back with your legs up the wall, inching your bum as close to the bottom of the wall as possible, can use a cushion to lift your hips aiming to get your legs as flat against the wall as you can. Close your eyes, stretch your arms out like a cross and take slow calming breaths😌 xxx
Add the juice of 1/2 a lemon to a glass of ‘clean’ boiled water cooled down a little,. Great for detoxing the liver to help keep your hormones in check, and kickstart your metabolism. Add some raw honey or infuse with raw ginger, to benefit from their anti inflammatory and antibacterial properties😉.
Ideally we need around 8-9 hours sleep a night to function effectively.
If you're not getting a proper nights sleep due to stress from work or home, it will naturally start to have an impact on your health and mental state.
⭐️️Try to get into a good bedtime routine, aiming to go to bed and wake at the same time everyday.
⭐️️Turn off all electronic equipment a couple of hours before going to bed.
⭐️️Don't eat too late, give your body time to digest your food before going to bed, and ensure you're well hydrated.
⭐️️Have a warm relaxing bath, with 2 to 3 handfuls of Epsom salts to help relax your muscles ready for sleeping.
⭐️️Try to cut out or reduce all stimulants like alcohol and caffeine, opting for a caffeine free herbal tea instead before bed.
⭐️️Read a book for an hour or so in bed, this can help you to drift off naturally.
⭐️️Make your bedroom and bed inviting, keep the temperature cool rather than too hot. Sleep naked!
⭐️Try putting a couple of drops of lavender essential oil on your pillow to aid restful sleep.
⭐️️Try reflexology!
Happy sleeping😌
Sitting is the new Smoking - try to get out for a brisk Walk after each meal if you can.
Walking after eating has been proven to improve glucose utilisation, lowering and stabilising blood sugar levels.
Perfect for hormone balancing! ⚖️
